Find Your Oura Ring Generation and Size Before Ordering
A quick pre-purchase check for Sylacor covers, protective film, stacking rings, and ring jackets.

Open the Oura app’s My Devices screen and write down both the ring generation and size before opening Amazon. For close-fitting TPU covers, film, jackets, and selected stacking bands, choose the exact size; for flexible silicone or grouped film, choose the Amazon fit group that explicitly contains it.
Use the Oura app, not memory
Oura’s setup guidance says the My Devices page shows ring model, size, generation, and serial number. That is a stronger source than appearance, packaging memory, or a standard jewelry-ring measurement.
- Open the Oura app.
- Tap the battery icon on the Today screen.
- Open My Devices.
- Record the model or generation and the ring size.
Understand exact size versus grouped fit
Size-specific TPU covers are molded around one ring size. Select the exact size variation.
Elastic silicone sleeves and some protective-film packs may use grouped fit options. Select the group that explicitly includes your size; a group label is not a replacement for checking the underlying size range.

Do not convert from a standard US ring size
Oura states that its sizes differ slightly from standard US ring sizes and recommends using the correct generation’s sizing kit. Ring 5 sizing also differs slightly from Ring 4.
For an accessory order, use the size Oura reports for the actual ring—not a conventional ring size or a different generation’s sizing kit.
Check the Amazon title one final time
Amazon variations can change the selected size, color, or pack. Before checkout, reread the complete title and selected variation. Confirm pack count, generation, size, and any explicit exclusion such as “not for Oura Ring 4 Ceramic.”
